Hey everyone! Hope you have a had a great week.

It's Friday again and before I give you a great tune to listen to while you try to make it to the weekend, I have a couple of things to share...

First, I'm trying to spread the word about Jersey Friday! Let's all try to make Fridays a little more sporty by wearing a jersey every Friday to work or school! It's fun and harmless.  Here's the jersey I'm wearing today:

Hey everyone,

It's another Friday but instead of a song that I have been listening to all week, I wanted to post a song that you may or may not have heard but is very powerful, especially with today being Remembrance Day.

I hope that you can appreciate the lyrics in the song and may we all never forget the sacrifices of the men and women who serve in our military and the family and friends they leave behind.

The Highway of Heros is a tradition to honour our fallen soldiers that I feel gets used too often.

Lest We Forget, not just today or every November 11th, may we always remember the bravery and sacrifices of a few, for the freedoms we have and so many take for granted, all the days of our lives.

THANK YOU to those who have fought for me, my family and this country!
